Immigration Pros MX Company and refund Policy

These policies govern the manner in which IMMIGRATION PROS MX (“THE FIRM”) provides its immigration and administrative services to clients (“THE CLIENT”). Payment for any service shall be deemed full acceptance of these policies and shall have the same validity as a signature.

1. Scope of Services

  • THE FIRM provides immigration and administrative advisory, management, and representation services before Mexican and foreign authorities, including but not limited to: the National Migration Institute (INM), Mexican Consulates, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (SRE), the Civil Registry, and administrative agencies.
  • Each service is limited to the specific procedure contracted. Additional services, such as translations, apostilles, legalizations, obtaining documents in third countries, courier services, travel, or legal resources, are not included unless agreed upon in writing.
  • THE FIRM undertakes to act with professionalism and diligence, but does not guarantee a specific outcome, as resolutions depend exclusively on the competent authorities.

2. Customer Obligations

THE CLIENT agrees to:

  1. Provide true, current, and complete information and documents in the requested format.
  2. Promptly notify any personal, legal, or immigration changes that may impact the process.
  3. Attend consular or INM appointments punctually, following the protocols and requirements of each authority.
  4. Review and approve documents prepared by THE FIRM before submission.
  5. Cover fees, government rights and additional expenses in a timely manner.
  6. Refrain from presenting false documents or instructions contrary to the law.

3. Fees and Payments

Professional fees will be communicated prior to the start of each service.

The general payment scheme is:

  • 50% initial, as a non-refundable start-up fee.
  • Remaining 50% upon completion of the service.

Payments to authorities, consulates or third parties are independent and the sole responsibility of the client.

In the event of rescheduling due to reasons beyond THE FIRM's control, additional administrative charges may be incurred.

All payments are made in local currency or US dollars, as indicated, and at the current official exchange rate.

In accordance with the Federal Consumer Protection Law, clients are hereby informed that when payment for services is made by debit or credit card, an additional charge of four percent (4%) will be applied to the total transaction amount, corresponding to processing fees and related costs associated with such payment method 

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • The initial fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • If the client cancels the procedure, they will be required to cover fees and expenses incurred to date.
  • If the process is interrupted for reasons attributable to the client (lack of documents, non-attendance, falsification, non-compliance), there will be no refund.
  • In the event of causes attributable to authorities (closures, regulatory changes, discretionary refusals), THE FIRM will not be liable and payments already made will continue to be applied to the contracted service.

5. Responsibilities and Limitations

  • THE FIRM is not responsible for:
    • Refusals, delays or changes in criteria by the authorities.
    • Unforeseen extraordinary requirements.
    • Appointment cancellations or changes in immigration rules.
  • THE FIRM's liability is limited to direct damages due to intent or gross negligence, up to the maximum amount of the fees received.

6. Documentation and Confidentiality

  • THE FIRM safeguards the client's documents under security measures, using them only for the contracted service.
  • THE CLIENT authorizes the use of digital and certified copies where appropriate. All client information will be treated confidentially and in accordance with the Immigration Pros MX Privacy Notice. (https://immigrationpros.com.mx/privacy-policy)

7. Conduct and Communication

  • Both parties must maintain professional, cordial, and respectful communication at all times.
  • Disrespectful, aggressive or service-obstructing behavior will entitle THE FIRM to terminate the service without refund.
  • The legal validity of communications via electronic means (email, WhatsApp, online forms, etc.) is recognized.

8. Validity

These policies apply to all Immigration Pros MX services. By making a payment, THE CLIENT acknowledges having read, understood, and fully accepted these policies
